There is a common theme that runs through many of our small gardens projects.
Make use of all of the space. Use climbers to create green walls.
Small trees add canopy without invading the space; Crab Apples, Crepe Myrtles, Citrus, Maples. In pots or in the ground.
Keep the planting simple, not busy. Repeat the same plant across a space.
The same principle with pots, use 1 or 2 big pots. Not lots of small ones.
Create a point of interst with a feature plant, bold foliage, a contrast to the rest of space.
Mirrors to reflect light or foliage.
