This garden is a perfect example of how infill development
is at work in East Brunswick. The block has been subdivided and the entry to this new townhouse is directly off a lane way. The only thing we had to work with was some very solid concrete that we really didn’t want to disturb. It was essentially the old drive way, solid concrete on a slope. Our solution; we’ve built a deck over the top with planter boxes all around. Eventually the vertical screens will be filled with passionfruit and clematis, giving a nice green feel to what is a very inner urban space.
