Flowers in the city

We installed this garden about 6 months ago. It is a south west facing balcony terrace in Melbourne and our brief was to mix it up a bit.  Our client likes roses and this prompted a cottage style garden. Why not, it’s only 7th floor, south west, & windy.   Actually it’s is quite a good site for cottage plants, which generally tolerate dry harsh conditions.  And, there’s lot’s of flowers on show at the moment.
